Wildomar CA Home Sales
We are just 2 ½ weeks away from Christmas and 3 ½ weeks away from the New Year. It’s crazy to think about how quickly this year has gone by. This will be my last monthly market update for 2014. In my Wildomar CA Home Sales report this month I will be looking at the numbers from October and comparing them to Novembers. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.
- Total Number of Active Listings in Wildomar: 82
- Average Listed Price of Wildomar Homes in Wildomar: $390,155
- Number of Homes Sold in November: 27
- Average Price of Wildomar Homes in November: $323,303
- Average Days on the Market: 82
With Wildomar being a smaller city in the Temecula Valley, they currently have only 82 active listings on the market and in November at this time they had 87. This is a pretty average number for Wildomar especially at this time of the year. The average listed price for the city is remaining about the same with only about a $2,500 decrease in price this month.
In the month of October, Wildomar had only 30 homes close escrow and in November there were 27. The average price that homes sold in the area has increase from $309,483 to $323,303 that’s a 3{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b} increase over the last month. The average days that homes are staying on the market has jumped from 54 in October to now 82 which is a 28 day difference.
