I hope this finds you enjoying the month of July. I can’t believe the kids are only 4 weeks out from going back to school. Man this summer is flying by! In this month’s Wildomar market trend report, I will be pulling the current numbers for the month July and comparing them to April. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms, and 2+ baths.
- Total Number of Active Homes in Wildomar for July: 76
- Average July List Price of Homes in Wildomar: $437,409
- Total Number of June Closes in Widomar: 72
- Average Sold Price for June: $380,061
- Average Days on the Market: 55
Looking right away I see that we have 76 active homes listed on the MLS in Wildomar. In April we only had 53 active listings so we have slight increase in Wildomar this month. The average listed price of homes is $380,061 vs. $363,475 in April. That’s only an improvement of about 3{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}.
Moving onto the closes in the city of Wildomar, we had 42 in June and in March there were 53. The average price that homes are selling for is $380,061in June vs. $363,475.The average days that homes are staying on the market is 55 days. Because Wildomar is a smaller community, we don’t see the big jumps in active listings or prices like we do in Temecula or Murrieta.
