Home Sales Wildomar CA 2014
Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away which is hard to believe. This year has gone by so quickly! In my market update, I will be comparing the months of October to April for the city of Wildomar. In this Home Sales Wildomar CA 2014 market report, we will see what the real estate market has been doing over the last 6 months. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms.
- Total Number of Active Listings in Wildomar: 87
- Average Listed Home Price for November: $392,680
- Number of Homes Sold in October: 30
- Average Sold Home Price: $309,483
- Average Days on the Market: 54
Looking at the Wildomar real estate market over the last 6 months I am seeing there has only been an increase of 22 homes on the market. Wildomar is a small city so this slight increase is what I expected to see. Same thing goes for the average listed price which had just over a $3,000 increase.
Moving onto what has been selling over the last 6 months. There were 7 more homes that have closed in October than in March, still not at all surprising for that area. The average closed price of homes has dropped in October to $309,483 from $327,523 in March. That’s a decrease of $18,040 and 5.5{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b} decrease in closed prices. The average days on the market has gone down 6 days over the last 6 months.
