Wildomar Market Trends for April 2016
The spring is in full blossom and the temperatures are starting to warm up a bit. Mother’s Day is quickly approaching with just a few short days away I hope that you have something special planned. There are some wonderful things to do here in the valley to spoil mom and show her just how much you appreciate all that she does. In this month’s Wildomar Market Trends for April 2016, I will be pulling the current numbers for the city and comparing them to the month of February. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ beds, and 2+ baths.
- Active Number of Wildomar Homes in April: 53
- Average Wildomar Home Price in April: $420,680
- Number of March & April Closes in Wildomar: 53
- Average February Sold Home Price in Wildomar: $363,475
- Average Days on the Market: 48
I can see right away that the number of active listings in Wildomar has decreased very slightly from 56 in February down to 53 currently. The average price that homes are being listed for is $420,680, a slight improvement from February at $413,513. We should start to see more inventory in Wildomar as we head into the summer months.
In the months of March and April we saw a total of 53 closes, which is a solid improvement from February which only had 17! The average price that homes are selling for in the city of Wildomar is $363,475 vs. $342,340, only a slight improvement from February. The average days that homes are on the market is about 48 days currently.
