Murrieta Market Update November 2015

With the holiday season among us, I’m sure this update finds you preparing for the big family feast on Thanksgiving. This is one of my favorite times of the year and I can’t wait to spend it with family and friends. In this month’s Murrieta Market Update November 2015, I will be pulling the numbers from the month of October and comparing them to the numbers in November. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residence, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.

• Number of Active Murrieta Homes on the Market in November: 335
• Average Murrieta List Price in November: $467,489
• Number of Closes in Murrieta in October: 158
• Average Price of Murrieta Homes in October: $385,357
• Average Days on the Market: 67

Currently there are 335 homes on the market in the city of Murrieta. Last month at this time in October there were 300 even. A few more homes this month but not many. I see that the average Murrieta home price has decreased slightly from $477,712 to $467,489 only 2{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}.
Looking at Murrieta Market Update November 2015, there were 158 Closes in October and 138 in September. The market is slow and steady. Not much movement in the Murrieta real estate market. The price that these homes are selling for has only increased by $5000. Homes in Murrieta are tending to stay on the market almost 20 days longer than the previous months.
