Murrieta CA Home
Christmas is just three weeks away which is hard to believe, time to start shopping if you haven’t already. In my monthly Murrieta CA Home market trends report I will be looking at the Murrieta real estate market and comparing the numbers from November to October. As always my stats as based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.
- Total Number of Active Listings in Murrieta: 425
- Average Listed Price of Murrieta Homes in December: $408,308
- Total Number of Closes in November: 103
- Average Sold Price of Murrieta Homes in November: $364,769
- Average Days on the Market: 73
The Murrieta real estate market has changed very slightly in the last 2 months. Looking at the number of current active listings we have 425 and last month we were seeing 459 which is a difference of 7 ½ {c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}. Being right in the middle of the holiday season, seeing this number drop is not very surprising to me. The price that homes are being listed for is maintaining its average of about $408,308 only about a $2,000 increase from last month.
Moving onto what sold in the month of November, there were 103 closes in the city of Murrieta and in October we had a total of 151. That is a difference of 31{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}! Like the average listing price for homes, the selling price is also remaining about the same with only a $4,000 increase in November. The amount of days that homes are staying on the market is 73 in October and in November.
