Menifee CA Real Estate
August is almost over and fall is just around the corner. These hot summer days will hopefully soon be behind us. As the weather starts to cool down we will start to see the market do the same which is typical for this time of year. In this month’s Menifee CA Real Estate report, Mr. Murrieta will be pulling the numbers for the Menifee real estate market from August and comparing them to February. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residence, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.
- Total Number of Active Listings in August: 262
- Average Menifee Home Price in August: $353,206
- Total Number of Closes in July: 106
- Average Menifee Sold Price in July: $315,601
- Average Days on the Market: 62
Looking right away I can see that we have more Menifee homes actively on the market in August than in February. We are now seeing 262 vs. 214. That’s an increase of 22{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}! The price that the homes are being listed for has only gone up slightly from $342,878 to $353,206.
Now looking at what has sold over the last few months. In March there were a total of 49 closes and in July we had 106. That is an increase of 22{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}! The price that these Menifee homes have been selling at has gone up a bit from $288,945 to $317,601. The average days that homes are staying on the market is staying steady at 62 days.
