Menifee CA Home Sales
The holiday season is among us and we are only 3 weeks away from Christmas. Time to get the lights up, the tree decorated, and the presents bought and wrapped. I always love this time of year. In my Menifee CA Home Sales monthly market report I will be looking at the Menifee real estate market and comparing the numbers from October and November. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms, and 2+ baths.
- Total Number of Active Listings in Menifee: 233
- Average listed Price of Menifee Homes in December: $331,127
- Total Number of Closes in Menifee for November: 85
- Average Selling Price of Menifee Homes in November: $301,524
- Average Days on the Market: 66
I can see that right away we have gone down in the number of active listings in Menifee. In October we were seeing 263 and in November we dropped down to 233. That’s a difference of 11{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}. Like some of the other cities in the valley I have been seeing the same thing with listings in the last couple of months. It’s pretty normal for this time of year because people aren’t typically buying or selling during the holiday season. It does look like Menifee’s average listed price has gone up slightly from $325,602 in November to $331,127 in December.
We did see an increase in the number of closes in November with 85 and October having 73 for that month. The amount that homes are selling for has gone down slightly from $305,555 to $301,524 only a difference of 1{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}. The amount of time that homes are staying on the market had dropped down to 66 days in November from 81 days in October.
