Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. I’m looking forward to what 2016 has in store for me and I hope you’re feeling the same. I will be pulling the current number for January and comparing them to the number in December. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms, and 2+ baths.
• Active Number of Wildomar Homes in January: 56
• Average Wildomar Home Price in January: $390,692
• Number of December Closes in the City of Wildomar: 35
• Average December Sold Home Price in Wildomar: $343,720
• Average Days on the Market: 61
Well looking right away at the current number for the city of Wildomar, I can see that we are only down slightly in inventory this month. We currently have 56 homes on the market and a month ago we were seeing 69. The average price that these homes were being listed for in Wildomar has gone up from $382,660 to $390,692.
The closes in Wildomar seem to have improved in December vs. November. There were a total of 35 homes that sold and back in November there was 25. The average price that homes are selling for had increased last month from $329,336 in November to $343,720 in December. That’s an improvement of 4{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}, not much. Homes were staying on the market for 61 days last month vs. Novembers 64 days.
