Holiday Magic on Main-
Each weekend in December, head down to Old Town Temecula for Magic on Main Street. Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Temecula duck pond-
On December 3rd beginning at 7:00pm, head down to the Temecula duck pond for the lighting of the Christmas Tree. Santa will be making an appearance as well as a holiday performance by Resonate while you wait for the countdown to lighting of the tree. For more info click on the following link. Old Town Temecula Annual Parade-
On December 4th starting at 7:00pm, Temecula will be having its annual Christmas Parade. Bundle up and bring your chair s and blankets for a fun evening. Don’t miss out on this holiday tradition. Twas the Lights Before Christmas Bus Tours-
Two weekends in December, come out to view the holiday lights in Temecula on a double-decker bus. There will be refreshments, prize drawings, and tons of fun. Space is limited so be sure and get your seats early. For more info click on the following link. Christmas Bus Tour
Breakfast with Santa-
On December 20th, head down to the Temecula Community Recreation Center for breakfast with Santa. This is an annual family tradition not to miss. Murrieta
Family Storytime-
December 7th beginning at 10:00am, the city of Murrieta will be hosting story time at the Murrieta library. They will have stories, rhymes, and movement activities. There is another session at 11:00am. For more info click on the following link. Family Storytime
Holiday Cookie Decorating-
On December 15th from 5:30pm – 6:30pm, Susan Carberry, the owner of the Cake Cottage will be teaching a class on cookie decorating. She will demonstrate different techniques on decorating the perfect holiday cookie. Seating is limited to 20 adults so be sure to get your spot now before space fills up. Menifee
Christmas Tree Lighting-
Saturday December 12th from 4:00-8:00pm come out to the annual Menifee Christmas Tree Lighting. This is a fun event for the whole family which will include activities, food and craft vendors, and a snow play area. Don’t miss out on this fun evening getting into the holiday spirit. Balboa Park December Nights-
December 4th -5th, Balboa Park will be hosting their 38th annual holiday festival. The museums will open their doors free of charge from 5:00pm till 9:00 pm. Holiday Wonderland at Petco Park-
December 4th – 23rd, head downtown to Petco Park for a winter wonderland that will get you into the holiday spirit. Tickets are $15 per adult and $10 for kids. San Diego Bay of Parade Lights-
For two Sunday’s in December 13th and the 20th, the San Diego Bay will be having its annual Parade of Lights. There are many different areas to view the parade that are mentioned on the website so be sure to go on for approximate times and places. Bring your chairs and blankets.
