CA Menifee Home Sales 2014
It’s October 1st and that means that Halloween is right around the corner! Time to start shopping for that perfect costume to wear! This time of year happens to one of my favorites with all of the fun activities to do with family and friends. In my CA Menifee Home Sales 2014 market trends report I will be pulling and comparing the numbers from August and September for the city of Menifee. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.
- Total Number of Active Listing in Menifee: 272
- Average Menifee Listed Home Price: $326,819
- Number of Homes Sold in September: 97
- Average Selling Price for Menifee in September: $303,237
- Average Days on the Market: 57
Well looking right away I can see that we have increased some of our inventory over this last month. We had 248 in August and now in September we are looking at 272 that’s a 9{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b} increase. However with that being said, we are currently short on buyers. The average listing price has dropped slightly from $331,224 down to $326,819.
Moving on to what has been selling in the city of Menifee.I can see by looking at the CA Menifee Home Sales 2014 report, that the amount of homes that have closed has only decreased by 2 since August. I am also seeing that the selling price isn’t making any huge change at the moment with only about a $600 increase. The amount of days that homes are staying on the market is also maintaining its average of about a 5 day difference in August and September. The Menifee real estate market has been quiet lately with numbers all staying about the same. I am hopeful we will see a positive change in the market soon!
