Fun Things to do in the Month of June 2015

Temecula

Moonlight Movies in the Park-

On Friday June 19^th, make sure to mark your calendar for Temecula’s annual moonlight movies in the park. Starting at 7:00 pm, head over to Harveston Community Park for a showing of the Boxtrolls. Bring a blanket, chairs, and even a picnic dinner for a fun family night. Throughout the month of June and July there will be different movies playing at parks in Temecula. Summer Solstice Night of the Luminaries-

On Saturday June 20^th, head over to the Rose Haven Garden in Temecula to celebrate the longest day of the year. Stroll through the gardens and enjoy he lighted luminaries, music and light refreshments. This event starts at 6:00 pm. Click on the following link for more info. Street Painting Festival-

On June 26^th-28^th head down to the Temecula Town Square Park for fun street painting festival where families and children are given pastels to create their own masterpieces alongside hundreds of murals that have been painted by over 140 artists. Murrieta

Murrieta’s 45^th Father’s Day Car Show-

On Sunday June 21^st head over to the California Oaks Sports Park for a fun day with dad! Here you can check out 350 classic and specialty cars at Murrieta’s annual Father’s Day car show. Murrieta Birthday Bash-

On Saturday June 27^th, the city of Murrieta is having their 24^th annual Birthday Bash at Cal Oaks Sports Park. There will be games, jump houses, mechanical rides, and food vendors. Admission is free but if you want to do any of the activities there is a fee. Wristbands can be purchased for $10. Menifee

Independence Day Celebration-

On Saturday June 27^th, the city of Menifee will be hosting their annual Independence Day Celebration at Wheatfield Park from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. San Diego County Fair-
