Wildomar CA Real Estate Market

It’s hard to believe that we are already half way through the month of February. Valentine’s Day is almost here so hopefully you have your reservations set and something special picked out for your loved one. In this month’s Wildomar CA Real Estate Market trends report I will be pulling the current numbers for the city of Wildomar in February and comparing them to January. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.

Total Number of Active Listings in February: 44
Average February Listed Home Price in Wildomar: $342,878
Total Number of Closes in January: 49
Average Wildomar Sold Price in January: $288,945
Average Days on the Market: 61

The city of Wildomar has lost a few listings this month. In January we had a total of 69 and now we are only seeing 44 homes currently on the market. That is a difference of 36{c8f127ee0ae8e843244cc4fdd37fe5c6d1494d04024f10fe6afe3d18700f5f1b}. We were also seeing an average listing price of $384,972 and we are now down to $342,878.

Looking at what was selling in January, I can see that we only had 31 homes close escrow in December and we closed out January with 49. The average price that homes are selling for in Wildomar in January was $288,945 which is down from $323,301 in December. It does look like homes aren’t staying on the market as long as they were in December. We were down 6 days on average last month.
