October 2015 Letter to Clients:
I wanted to take a step back from texting, emailing, or blogging and just reach out via the mail to just say a big, warm, friendly …..HI! Frankly, I have personally missed getting a letter in the mail from someone I actually know that might have something inside I actually care about.
I hope everything with life, family, and friends is going wonderfully for you. Life has been pretty good and work is staying busy. Our area here continues to grow as noticeable by the increased traffic. It takes a lot longer to show homes now versus back when I could easily drive from S79 to Clinton Keith and show 10+ homes in just a few hours!
Lately, I find my head spinning a little bit and get a lot of questions about real estate since people are worried about the stock market, interest rates, and our wild political drama that will play out for the next election. I am not sure if it’s because I am getting older but it seems like many more people are engaged with politics then I have ever seen which I think is a great. While I am not going to post politics on Face book or lead a political rally, I do think we are in a time of big potential change. Thus, I am announcing my candidacy for…..….Mr. Murrieta! I think I will stick to real estate for the time being! I did include some of my latest cards because I AM having fun with that.
With that said, if you ever have any questions about stuff I deal with every day like home prices, valuations, interest rates, etc just let me know. In fact, I have attached a couple things for you:
1) Events coming up in my favorite month of the year – October. What’s not to like???! – Fall weather starts to kick in, awesome sunsets amid that cool air at night, my wedding anniversary 16 years as of 10/10/15, and Halloween of course! I wish every month was October but Real Estate busy like May.
2) A Real Estate update for August – just a basic primer. But I just checked my comparables on my home last night and it has gone up about 30k from 2014 to now. So I imagine your home has performed as good or better. If you ever want more detailed info, just call me.
Lastly, I may be breaking out some of my wines and doing a Spuntino’s dinner night again this October or November. Each one has been a lot of fun and it is nice to see faces again. Please shoot me an email or call as Christina will be keeping a list of interested people. If you haven’t tried Spuntino’s, I really encourage you to give a go. I love it there and they also own the “The Bar Next Door” which shares the other side of the building. It’s just a great place to eat and when I do a group there, they serve family style which is a lot of fun!
Sorry, I meant to keep this to one page but as you know, I am a talker. Please keep in touch and let me know how things are going. After 14 years in this business the most fun I have is keeping up with clients and seeing how things have changed with them over the years. Some are retiring and playing golf (don’t like them), and some are retiring from their wild days and spending their hours chasing kids and changing diapers (I lol at them).
In the meantime enjoy the Fall and the glorious month of October – talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
Stefan
